The Hatian, a mysterious agent of Primatech Paper, can erase minds and block the powers of the Heroes. He brings a set of the wind chimes used to covertly signal him. As the sadistic agent of The Company, Elle can channel the power of lightning. She arrives with an alternate set of "electric" hands. As seen in the 2nd season, this incarnation of the most powerful Hero, Peter Petrelli, comes with his identity box with removable lid.
