Description

NHL Bobbing Head Figure Joe Thornton- Boston Bruins:

The first overall pick in the 1997 NHL Entry Draft, Joe Thornton has developed into one of the top centers in the NHL and become a local favorite among Boston fans. At only 24 years of age, Thornton is currently in his second season as the Boston Bruins’ captain, and the native of London, Ontario, is a main factor in the team’s resurgence into a perennial power. In 2002-03, Thornton finished third in the NHL scoring race and was one of only three players to produce more than 100 points for the year (36 goals, 65 assists). Thornton’s offensive abilities make him a perfect addition to Upper Deck’s lineup of 2003 UD Classics bobbing head figurines- the first figurines to contain a piece of game-used hockey material on the base! Along with the game-used swatch, the figurines feature low sequential numbering, a facsimile signature, nameplate and are packaged with a trading card of the featured player! Including Joe, there’s nine different 2003 NHL UD Classics bobbing head figurines available. Start your collection today!
