Wearing a red top with black pants, Cuphead is posed with his brown shoes lifted in the air, securely holding his onto his head. He wears a big smile on his face with a red and white straw decoratively sticking out. There is a small amount of liquid swishing out from the top of the cup, giving a sense of movement to the figure. He is standing firmly on his two hands which are dressed in yellow gloves.
