Crouched at just over 4 1/2-inches tall with one knee pressed into the vibrant pool of blood that surrounds him, two thick brown horns spiral out from his scaled head and sit over a tusked face which stares forward intently. Holding a huge bloody cleaver upward in his right hand, the left grips a terrifying spiked hook which is attached to a long chain that wraps around his wrist as he’s dressed for his role wearing a tattered brown apron that’s adorned with cold metal and skulls. The exterior of his packaging sees a dangling meathook in a brown cavern. While the interior is a bright red with Lilith’s dark silhouette and the Diablo IV printed on its back, this then continues onto the protective sleeve where his figure through the large clear plastic window at its front.
