Bubblegum Crisis
Bubblegum Crisis is a cyberpunk-style anime set in a future, post-disaster Tokyo called "Megatokyo". There is also a manga adaptation. Boomers, artificial beings intended to serve mankind, become deadly instruments, and the inept AD Police are tasked to deal with them. The Knight Sabers are analogues of the all-female sentai fighting teams, with tremendous combat abilities using powered armor suits. They battle to preserve the safety of Megatokyo.
