MLB Jersey NY Yankees- Babe Ruth "The Babe Bows Out":
A raspy voiced Babe Ruth, suffering from incurable throat cancer, made his final appearance at Yankee Stadium on June 13, 1948. It marked the 25th anniversary of the unveiling of Yankee Stadium and Ruth was there as a most welcomed guest. The home run slugger with 714 round-trippers to his credit died two months later, on August 16, 1948, at the age of 53. Upper Deck salutes the Babe with this beautifully designed Legendary Numbers Collection keepsake that showcases a 6" replica jersey number of his uniform No. 3. The overall framed item measures 21" wide x 16" high. Limited to 100.
