A very festive Charlie Brown sits in car no. 1, keeping watch over the bag of beautifully wrapped gifts, while Dr. Lucy brings up the rear, having set up shop on car no. 3 to prescribe Christmas cheer to all who come near. The wording on her car says "Christmas Cheer 5 Cents" and "The Doctor Is In."
