Standing at over 4-inches tall and staring down the barrel of the grey pistol held to his front in gloved hands, concentration fills his pale vein-covered face as dark eyebrows furrow to match the thick moustache over his frowning mouth. Wearing a green officers cap with a grey cord over its black brim, his long black trench coat is tattered at the end as brown fur lines the neck and cuffs, and green pants tuck into his black boots. The exterior of his packaging is covered in a grey hexagonal pattern with bright orange highlights, while the interior is filled with a warping dark camouflage. The hexagons then continue onto the protective sleeve that has grainy vertical blue and orange stripes, as his figure can be seen through the large, clear window at the packaging's front.
