The Evangelion: New Theatrical Edition Evangelion 13 Robo-DOU Action Figure is a non-scale articulated figure approximately 11-inches tall (including the shoulder pylons). The remarkable die-cast metal main frame provides approximately 50 points of articulation. The figure is constructed of ABS, PVC, POM, and zinc alloy, and utilizes threezero's renown paint application technique to highlight all the mechanical details.

Evangelion 13 includes many interactive features to increase playability. The figure comes with two interchangeable heads: a standard head and a head with red eyes. There are two interchangeable chest plates and an additional pair of arms, allowing for different display options to showcase Evangelion 13 with either two or four arms. A pair of RS Hoppers' housing block can be attached to the shoulder pylons. It also comes with two interchangeable back armor plates, offering a choice between a standard back armor plate and an articulated back armor plate designed specifically for attaching the four pieces of RS Hoppers in a floating state. Each RS Hopper can be equipped with attack mode effect piece or AT Field effect piece. Two Spear of Longinus are also included, which makes it possible to recreate a scene from the film.

Other accessories are a total of ten pairs of interchangeable hands, with five pairs for the original arms and five pairs for the additional arms, featuring options including spears-holding hands, fists, action hands, relaxed hands, and a wide opened hand.
