Standing at 4.2 inches tall and spinning a dark brown lasso that's covered in shards of glass over his shoulder as he holds onto its end in a looped bundle, sunken eyes look out from his withered, gaunt face underneath the wide brim of his brown hat. Wearing a long brown duster coat that flicks out at the ends over dark pants and spurred boots, a pair of belts wraps around his waist as the bandolier across his chest secures a rifle to his back. The exterior of his packaging looks up at the glistening Lucky 38 Casino, while the interior is filled with dark brown wood panelling. The protective sleeve then sees a brown silhouette of the treacherous wasteland as his figure can be seen through the large, clear window at the packaging's front.
