Her hair flows in the wind while she struts down the city. The exterior of her double-walled packaging depicts the streets of the alternate universe where Hot Meg exists. The interior is a red background with the Family Guy logo pattern. The protective sleeve is the iconic stage with the red and gold curtains that is shown in the title sequence.
