Standing at 5-inches tall and proudly holding a beaker filled with bright blue liquid to the side in his gloved hands, maniacal blue eyes and sharp eyebrows beam out from the orange glasses that rest above his wide toothy smile. With blue-highlighted fins sticking out from the sides and back of his head, a bright yellow escaper poking forward from his dark blue hair, he wears a slim full-body grey lab coat with a yellow button on the front and black shoes.

The exterior of his packaging looks into a shiny blue lab with a bubbling beaker at the front, while the interior mimics the hotel's maroon wallpaper. The protective sleeve is then designed to showcase a dark cityscape, with his figure visible through the large, clear window on the packaging's front.
