Lurtz, Uruk-hai Captain Bust:This amazingly detailed 1:4 scale bust has been hand cast in heavy weight polystone and hand painted to the highest standards. This bust sits on a classically turned base that includes Lurtz, Uruk-hai Captain's name and the sculptor's signature. Standing 6 1/2 inches tall, this statue is produced by Sideshow Toys and the Weta Workshop - the Special Effects Company that created the effects for all three "Lord of the Rings" films. From Sideshow/WETA's Lord of The Rings Series 2.
Lurtz was the leader of a troop of Uruk-hai, a fearless new breed of Orc. He was dispatched by his master, Saruman the White, to hunt down the Fellowship of the Ring and capture the Hobbits. Having gained his rank through might, Lurtz lead his Uruks by brutal and efficient example.
