The original props were designed by Production Designer Guy Hendrix Dyas. Factory Entertainment was granted access to the original production assets used in their creation, ensuring a high level of accuracy and detail.
The screen-used props feature a semi-rigid polyurethane outer skin over a lightweight foam core, reinforced with a carbon fiber rod - resulting in durable, lightweight pieces suited for on-set use.
This museum quality prop replica remains visually faithful to those original props but has been cast in solid metal to give it the weight and heft of a real-world sword. The blade and guard are formed as a single high-pressure casting, paired with a through-tang construction, a leather-wrapped grip, and a substantial pommel. This prop replica has a strictly limited production run of only 500 pieces worldwide.
