McFarlane`s Monsters Series 2:

The McFarlane's Monsters line continues in 2003 with Series 2! This line represents a twisted new take on several characters from the world of classic horror, each more terrifyingly detailed than your worst nightmare. Includes 12 action figures. McFarlane Toys' second Monsters series is based on the L. Frank Baum novel The Wonderful Wizard of Oz. The classic characters in the book receive a bit of a 'twist' in this series, an artistic interpretation of what could have been in an alternate Wizard of Oz universe. Figures are approximately 7 inches tall. (Subject to change).

Includes Chapter 1: Dorothy - Bound and blindfolded, this exotic Dorothy is being branded by a group of evil little Munchkins. She may never find her way back to Kansas.

Chapter 2 and 3: the Lion - No courage? Think again, partner. The teeth alone on this vicious beast would strike terror into any mere mortal being.

Chapter 4 and 5: The Scarecrow - This fellow is in bad, bad shape and still brainless. Dressed in tatters, Scarecrow is about to fall apart ... if he isn't ravaged by the birds or his own scythe first.

Chapter 6 and 7: The Tin Woodman - He may not have a heart yet, but this biomechanical Tin Woodsman has an ax and a robotic arm appendage that more than make up for it.

Chapter 8: Toto - Nothing like this creature ever existed in Kansas. Less a canine than a monstrous four-legged nightmare, Toto includes reins and a rider.

Chapter 9: the Wizard - A dandy dresser with mask and respirator, this Wizard includes a miniature scientist sidekick.
