MLB Jersey NY Yankees- Babe Ruth "The House That Ruth Built":Yankee Stadium opened on April 18, 1923, fittingly, against Babe Ruth's former team: the Boston Red Sox. Ruth launched the first home ever in the new ballpark that day during a 4-1 Yankee victory. "The Sultan of Swat" would go on to hit an incredible 714 career home runs, including a record 60 in 1927, a mark that stood until fellow Yankee icon Roger Maris broke it by one in 1961. Upper Deck salutes the Babe with this beautifully designed Legendary Numbers Collection keepsake that showcases a 6" replica jersey number of his uniform No. 3.
