Standing on one leg at over 5-inches tall, Patrick is wearing brown shorts with a red and white striped shirt. Patrick is accessorized with a black eye patch and a hat of a metal hook on his head. The windowed display box is illustrated with a scene inside the Flying Dutchman, with a large closed chest against a wall. While the interior is an ocean blue gradient, collaged with illustrations of SpongeBob. The protective sleeve is printed with SpongeBob's bright yellow triangular pattern as his figure can be seen through the large, clear window at its front.
