In honor of its lofty place in pop-culture history, this 1:1000 scale snap-together kit is offered in a special tin lunch-box edition. Decorated with vintage Star Trek graphics, the tin tote will make a great addition to any Star Trek collection. The well-engineered kit snaps together easily and includes optional parts to create 1 of 3 versions of the starship: production, 1st pilot, or 2nd pilot. The skill level 2 model kit requires only glue and paint to construct, and all decals are included to decorate the vessel. The tin box measures 11 1/2-inches long x 5-inches wide x 6 1/4-inches tall. Paint and glue required. Skill level 2. Ages 10 and up.

I have recently received packages from the actual companies that make them, and they are packed so terribly, and I end up with damaged boxes.
