Chop Top, Leatherface's older brother, received a machete wound in Vietnam and had a steel plate surgically implanted into his skull. To satisfy a nagging itch from the plate, Chop Top would use a wire hanger to scratch it. Any flesh that collected on the hanger, he would excitedly eat. Obviously, he's related to Leatherface.
