Description
Uruk-hai Scout Mini-Helmet:From Sideshow / WETA's Return of the King Series 1. This cast metal helm (helmet) is an exact 1:4 scale miniature of the Uruk-hai Scout Helmet used in the Lord of the Rings Trilogy of feature films. It has been expertly recreated by the same metalsmiths who made the full scale pieces for the films and sits on a classically turned pedestal that includes the name of the helm and the sculptor's signature.
A variant of the helms worn by all regular divisions of Saruman's Uruk-hai army, the helmets of the Scouts are of lighter construction, an assemblage of beaten metal and leather. They had a small, slitted eye hole and bore simple divisional crests upon their brow.
