Description
Voltron 40th Anniversary Gift Set with Light-Up Sound Base:This limited-edition collectible will only be produced for the 40th anniversary, consisting of five fully transformable lions that unite to form Voltron, Defender of the Universe! Each lion, constructed of die-cast metal, will feature light-up eyes, activated by a unique magnetic key.
When united, Voltron stands over 13-inches tall on an updated electronic light-up base, featuring a sequenced transformation sound file that is officially licensed by legendary voice actor Neil Ross. Incorporated into the base are storage positions for all five of the lions’ individual weapon blades. Also included is Voltron’s sword and shield.
In addition, the VOLTRON 40TH ANNIVERSARY COLLECTOR’S SET will feature contributions from VOLTRON’s original designer, legendary Toy Mechanic Designer Katsushi Murakami! Murakami, former managing director of toy companies POPY and Bandai, is known for his designs for landmark toy lines like CHOGOKIN, SUPER SENTAI, BEAST KING GOLION and ARMOURED FLEET DAIRUGGER XV. Voltron fans can look forward to never-before-seen artwork and behind-the-scenes insights as part of the VOLTRON 40TH ANNIVERSARY COLLECTOR’S SET package! Ages 15 and up.
