Founded in 2019 by Shahid Khan and his son Tony, All Elite Wrestling (AEW) has entered the ring to challenge for supremacy in the action-packed world of professional wrestling. Initial talent included professional wrestlers Matt and Nick Jackson, Cody Rhodes, and Adam Page, who were collectively known as The Elite. From there, AEW expanded to include a weekly television show, AEW Dynamite, on TNT, as well as wrestlers such as Kenny Omega, Pac, Riho, Orange Cassidy, Darby Allinas, Chris Jericho, Dr. Britt Baker, Scorpio Sky, "Hangman" Adam Page, Lucha Brothers (Pentagón Jr. and Rey Fénix), and Best Friends (Trent Beretta and Chuck Taylor). In addition, AEW formed a relationship with Chinese professional wrestling promotion Oriental Wrestling Entertainment (OWE) and a partnership with Mexican promotion Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide (AAA).
