Fairies

A fairy is a spirit or supernatural being found in the legends, folklore, and mythology of many different cultures. They are generally humanlike in their appearance, often of small stature, and have supernatural abilities such as the ability to fly, cast spells, and influence or foresee the future. Although in modern culture they are often depicted as beautiful young females, there are many definitions of what constitutes a fairy and the term has been used to describe any magical creature, including a goblin, gnome, or specific type of more ethereal creature.
