HeroQuest - Join the Epic Battle Between Good and Evil!
Looking for something new and exciting for game night or when friends come over? Try HeroQuest, the tabletop boardgame where heroes work together to complete quests, discover treasures, and defeat the forces of evil! One player takes on the role of wicked wizard Zargon, the Game Master who determines the quest, while the other players assume the guise of one of four mythical heroes - Barbarian, Dwarf, Elf, or Wizard. They team up for a thrilling HeroQuest adventure through a maze of monsters and dark dungeons. The quest might be escaping a dungeon, killing a particular character, or obtaining a certain artifact. And players can also create their own quests and stories! The HeroQuest game ends when every player has either returned to the spiral staircase, exited by a door, or been killed by the evil wizard. If the objective of the quest has not been achieved, Zargon wins. Hero Quest was created by Milton Bradley and Games Workshop in 1989. Several expansion packs have been released since then, each adding new tiles, traps, artifacts, and monsters to the core HeroQuest Game System. And 2021 brought us a crowdfunded remake of the game.
