Talking Presidents is owned and operated by John Warnock and Jim Wessling. The company was featured in newspapers, television, and radio following the release of its first talking action figure, George W. Bush, in the fall of 2002. Today, the firm offers much more than just “talking presidents,” with a terrific assortment of speaking and non-speaking action figures and other collectibles. Check ‘em out!
