Standing disapprovingly at 4 1/2-inches tall with armored forearms crossed over her chest, vibrant red eyes glare out from her purple face above pursed lips as long white hair falls past her pointed ears and is pulled into a messy bun at the top of her head. With a pair of deadly maces crossing over her back, she wears an ornate yellow chest piece over a dark purple and green tunic which falls into three points above her knee-high brown boots.

The exterior of her packaging shows Minthara standing in front of her tent in the campground, while the interior is covered in bright blue clouds over a dark speckled background. The protective sleeve then shows off the flaming entrance to a stone crypt as her figure can be seen through the large clear window at the packaging's front.
