Floating in to land at almost 5-inches tall with arms reaching out welcomingly as the tip of his right foot gently touches the ground, vibrant pink eyes stare out from above the four long tentacles extending from his slimy mouth. With spiked grey and pink armor covering his arms, chest, shoulders and back, where it fans out around his neck, two dark cloaks hang from either side above his open skirt as a small skull and jewel adorn his waist.

The exterior of his packaging shows The Emperor floating in the Astral Prism, while the interior is covered in bright blue clouds over a dark speckled background. The protective sleeve then shows off the flaming entrance to a stone crypt as his figure can be seen through the large clear window at the packaging's front.
