With his mouth opening up into a gleeful smile under a pair of deep yellow eyes as three fins extend from his head, he wears a dark green top along with wrist and ankle covers that are held in place by thick brown belts.

The exterior of his packaging sees him in the middle of swirling blue waves. While the light interior is covered in white circles that show off the different elements, this design then continues onto the protective sleeve, where his figure can be seen through the large, clear window at the packaging's front.
