With a huge open mouth that reveals his round buck teeth and pink tongue, small round ears stick out from the sides of his head as he wears a simple pink t-shirt and blue pants. The exterior of his packaging sees a round fish bowl sitting atop a chest of drawers in a pale blue bedroom, while the interior is a deep blue covered in small white sparkles and shows off the The Fairly OddParents logo. The protective sleeve continues the bedroom motif with a block of purple light spilling out from an open door as his figure through the large clear plastic window at its front.
