Spin Master Ltd. is a children's entertainment company based in Toronto, Canada. The company began in 1994 when the three company founders came out with a product called The Earth Buddy. Originally incorporated as Seiger Marketing, Inc., the firm later adopted the name of Spin Master Toys, and over the next decade diversified beyond traditional toys. "Toys" was dropped from the name in 2004. Spin Master has offices in London, Paris, Hong Kong, and the United States.
