Standing just over 4-inches tall and raising a black and grey spiked anchor over his head at the ready for a devastating attack, the long chain attached to its base falls to the ground and wraps around his thick clenched right fist. With a toothy smile opening up on his long face under piercing eyes and a black blowhole, he wears spiked pauldrons and a brown belt as chains cross over the back of his blue body, which is covered in different colored barnacles.

The exterior of his packaging sees him atop a rocky outcrop surrounded by coral. While the light interior is covered in white circles that show off the different elements, this design then continues onto the protective sleeve, where his figure can be seen through the large, clear window at the packaging's front.
